Portable printer
It’s easy to install. Works great. Only thing I don’t like is the paper always rolls up, doesn’t lay flat like regular print paper.
Nene Owens –
Fast clear and user friendly printing readily on the go
Very easy to setup and connect both wirelessly and with the accompanying cord, prints fast and amazing quality that definitely surprised me while not requiring the least amount of ink.

Quality mobile thermal printer without the fuss of cartridges or power cords on-the-go
This review is for the N80 Portable Thermal Printer. This was my first ever thermal printer purchase.I’ve always been intrigued by having a very mobile printer for those printing jobs on the go.When you just have to get something printed NOW, a mobile printer would fit the bill. For this to happen, you’d need a specific set of requirements. And, happily, this printer does so.PROS:- COMPACT SIZE. If you want to bring it on your business trips or fun adventures, it can’t be 20 pounds and the size of your weekender. This printer is under 2lbs. and can is roughly 11″ long by 3″ deep by 2″ height. Not trivial but a much more portable size than 99% of printers out there.- NO CARTRIDGES. To be fair, you could get an inkjet version of this somewhere, but that is such a pain. Ink cartridges do take up space and they do dry up without daily use. The thermal aspect gets rid of the need for ink or powder. It just uses heat to print onto specialty papers.- PRINT QUALITY. I was a little afraid it was going to look “flimsy” as many receipts do. It actually was pretty decent. I didn’t see any inconsistency in the print. It was clear and easy to read. I tried out a text page. No problems, except it likes to print in black and white, so colors get reduced to black and white.- IMAGES. I worried that it couldn’t handle images. But when I tried to print a black and white photo, it actually handled the halftones fairly. There was simulated grayscale. Not photorealistic sharp, but acceptable gray printing.- PAPER VARIETY. Yes, it needs special paper. I’ve been able to find paper at about 8 cents a sheet if bought in bulk of 200 sheets at a time. But it can handle a variety of such paper. It can be one page at a time or continuous. It can be for labels or other thickness. It does letter size or A4 printing. I will probably only use the 1 page at time option, but it’s good to have options.- SOLID BATTERY. For the ultimate in mobile versatility, you need a battery. No more packing of power cords on the go and scrambling to find an outlet wherever I am. The battery can last up to 160 sheets on a full charge (theoretically, I haven’t hit that limit yet).- PAPER INCLUDED. A nice bonus! This set comes with the printer, a USB-C to USB cord, a USB-C adapter, and a continuous roll of paper hidden inside when you open the package. Just press the two buttons on the case to pop it open and take out the roll. Take off the plastic. Re-insert with PRINT side up, and it’s ready to print. The paper is a little thin though. Better than receipts thickness, but still thin. The paper I bought from Amazon is more normal akin to 20lb paper.- PRINT SOURCES. It can print from my iPhone via an app (NADA PRINT) and bluetooth. Or it can provide.a driver and I supposedly can print from a PC or Mac via a USB cable connection. The iPhone worked perfectly for me.Of course, nothing’s perfect. Here are some cons.CONS:- THE PAPER. The included paper is pretty thin. It can curl easily. Separate paper purchased does feel better, but I guess I am just used to 28lb paper from my Laser printer.- COST. The paper seems to be twice the price of regular paper. So, I’m not going to use this to print off coupons or tons of research text at home. For printing on the go, I can just bring a small stash of thermal paper to print as I need it. I do wish it were cheaper, but it may break even since I never need to buy cartridges.- CASE OPTION. The printer does not feel cheaply made, but I don’t think I want to just throw it into my backpack. I wish there was a case included or at least the option to buy one. I am looking for a 3rd party case that can hold it and protect it in transit.- CAREFUL WITH PAPER SIDE. Make sure the print side is facing up when you feed it or as you pop it into the printer. It can only print on ONE side. I wish this was easier to see. I have to look and feel the paper to tell the difference. But this is true for all thermal paper so no points docked.CONCLUSION: Setup was easy. Printing was easy. Texts and pictures looked fine. And it is wonderfully mobile. The price is also fair (in quick comparison to its competitors). I like it and plan to use it on future trips.RATING: 5 STARS

Compact, Reliable, and Efficient – A Game-Changer for On-the-Go Printing
I’ve tried several portable printers, but this one truly stands out for its reliability, ease of use, and solid build. Right out of the box, the printer arrived well-packaged and even had a charge enough to get started immediately. It works seamlessly with both USB and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to print from my laptop, phone, or even tablet without a hitch.Setup and Installation:Installation was surprisingly simple. The printer comes with a USB A to USB C cable, an adapter, and detailed instructions for both phone and PC use. The printer app (NadaPrint) was easy to install, and it quickly recognized the printer via Bluetooth. In just minutes, I was able to print a two-page Word document from my phone, and the print quality was crisp and clear. When I switched to my MacBook, I did run into a slight issue with the driver, but after a quick Google search, I was able to download the necessary Mac drivers, and it worked perfectly from there.Performance:This printer delivers fast, efficient printing. It handled both text and images without issue. It took about 12 seconds to print a 2-page document and about 20 seconds for a small image. The print quality is solid for a thermal printer, with no smudging or fading. It can print on thermal paper rolls, individual sheets, foils, and even tattoo transfer paper, which adds versatility.Portability:Weighing about 2 pounds, it’s a little heavier than expected, but it feels sturdy and well-built—definitely not a cheap, hollow plastic shell. The compact size makes it easy to slip into a tote bag or carry in the car, which is perfect for my work on the go. As someone who needs to print on the fly in a medical setting, this portable printer has been a huge time-saver.Drawbacks:The only downside is the slight curl on the paper from the thermal roll, which means you’ll need to flatten it a bit before use. However, this is a minor issue and doesn’t affect the overall performance.Final Thoughts:Overall, this thermal printer is a great value for its price. It’s portable, prints quickly and clearly, and has made my remote printing tasks so much easier. The absence of ink means no mess or maintenance, and the fact that it can print up to 160 pages on a single charge is a huge bonus. Whether you’re printing from your phone, laptop, or tablet, this printer delivers on all fronts.Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable, portable printer!

very convenient
definitely a must have for any mobile office. Easy setup, very portable, and print qualty is good. It took me a couple of tries to connect to Bluetooth, but I always seem to have that issue with anything I connect, so that’s probably my fault, but once I got it connected, it connected automatically every time. Overall I think this was a good choice.
