Make sure your phone is connected to WiFi network and download the Tuya app from your mobile store, register an account and choose ” Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)” to connect. Only support 2.4GHz WiFi.
Why doesn’t the robot clean when I first turn it on?
The robot needs to be fully charged while first use. After that, use for the first time it will start with a quick mapping. When mapping is finished, it will return to the dock. Then press the button briefly or use the app to start a cleaning cycle.
Why would the suction decrease after using a while?
First check if there is any foreign matter blocking the dust suction port. Please ensure timely cleaning of the vacuum cleaner. Regularly clean the dust bin and filters to maintain its efficiency.
Does the robot vacuum require a paid subscription to use its app?

Works great on wood floor, I should’ve gotten one sooner
It has worked great so far, I love that you can you let is run and forget about it. We have a cat, so it is great to remove most of the hair around the house with this (still have to hand clean couches lol). In general keeps most open spaces clean, buy you’ll still need to get to the corners, behind furniture and around appliances.I like that the app shows the progress, so you know when it’s done, and also monitor the spaces.We have to empty the dust container every couple days, which isn’t bad to be honest, since the ones with the large trash bin are probably 3X more expensive.It isn’t loud at all, you won’t be able to hear it if you’re on the next room.I’d definetely recommend it.

Took numerous attempts and a half hour to add to Wi-Fi. Multiple error messages within the first hour of use. Signal alarm to find lost vacuum never didnt dound. Near impossible to remove dust bin to empty and re-insert. Did charge wui, pick up dirt and has slim profile.

Great product
The is a powerful and reliable robot vacuum and mop combo. It easily handles pet hair and dirt on both hard floors and carpets. The app and remote control make scheduling and customizing cleaning very convenient, and it automatically returns to charge when the battery runs low. Its battery is enough to cover multiple rooms in one session.

Battery is awful.
Giving it 2 stars due to the drastic decline in battery usage over 2 days.The first day it took 30% battery to clean the mapped area, day 2 it took 70% to do the same area and only being ran 1 time a day. Also starting with 100% charged battery.Picks up dirt wellGood value for money if the battery worked right.Haven’t used the mop yet so I can’t review that part.Dust bin is pretty large as well

A great robo vacuum!
Does what it needs to do! There’s a lot of features that I like. I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet because I’m not sure that I will use it. I have a steamer that I use on my floors to kill bacteria and germs.Pros: -Stores charging cord within the base so you don’t have messy cords.-Slows down when it gets near an object so it doesn’t slam into it.-It’s not loud like your normal vacuums.-On the app, you can see exactly where it has or hasn’t vacuumed.-It maps out the rooms and “knows” your house so it knows where it’s going and it doesn’t repeat where it’s already vacuumed.-You can have it vacuum specific rooms rather than the whole house.Cons: It would’ve been nice if it came with extra replacement brushes.

Vacuum good, app not so much
The vacuum does a pretty good job cleaning both my carpet and linoleum floors. I haven’t tried the mop yet so I can’t give an opinion on that. I’m really pleased with it so far but only gave 3 stars because of the app. I absolutely hate it. It’s not very user friendly. I’d like to set up no go zones but that’s not going to happen because I can’t find it or anything else I need. If not for the app I’d have given 5 stars.

Loving it so far!
I was in the market for a robot vacuum and I looked at a bunch. I had bought a cheaper model from a different company before and was disappointed so when I bought this one and I was nervous due to the price. My son had it out of the box before I even got home and I kept getting updates as it was mapping all of the rooms in the house. You can schedule when you want it to vacuum or mop or do both.The mopping solution works wonderfully and it keeps the house clean. I didn’t realize how much time it saves sweeping and mopping. I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. It is worth every penny!
