Why doesn’t the robot clean when I first turn it on?
The robot needs to be fully charged while first use. After that, use for the first time it will start with a quick mapping. When mapping is finished, it will return to the dock. Then press the button briefly or use the app to start a cleaning cycle.
Why would the suction decrease after using a while?
First check if there is any foreign matter blocking the dust suction port. Please ensure timely cleaning of the vacuum cleaner. Regularly clean the dust bin and filters to maintain its efficiency.
Does the robot vacuum require a paid subscription to use its app?

Grat product but
After 1 weak using it I loove the robot vacum, the LiDAR works great it create a exactly map of my home, whit division for each room so I’m able to set the cleaning of each room independently. Really happy whit the product and the price.I give 4 start becasue the vacum required a lot of clearence to start, It requires 1m and the left, rigth and front, also It requiret clearence upper the robot so you can not install the chargin station under a table or somethin like that, I don’t have to much space in my home so I have to install the chargin station in the middle of my hall and move the robot after the cleaninh kind annoying.The robot will be perfet if the charging station could be located under the TV table of under the sofa

KEWBILY DON’T BUY
bought the DL30 Pro in Oct. At first we were pleased with the vacuum, did a good job cleaning. Not the corners so much though. As time went on, started to really regret the purchase. By the the return window had closed. Every 5 to 10 minutes we get the “bumper may be stuck” notice. Then it starts cleaning again just to stop again.It also loses the maps often also, so you have to remap the house/room.On Dec. 1 I sent email to the address given for support. As of today Dec. 7 still no response of any type. I am now sending a complaint to Amazon on this supplier. Save your money DON’T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP.

I absolutely love this vacuum! It cleans my floors thoroughly and saves me so much time. The suction power is strong, and the mop feature leaves the floor shiny and fresh. It easily navigates around furniture and returns to charge on its own. Very easy to set up and control through the app. Great value for the price — highly recommend!

Really love my new vacuum! As a busy mom of three- including a new born, I do not have a lot of time to vacuum every single room. But with this robot vacuum and the app I was able to download I can operate it from my phone at any time. It has great suction and it isn’t too loud. I can see a map of my house on the app and decide where I want my robot to vacuum. It truly is a big deal to have this at home. No more crumbs in the kitchen or hairs in the living room. It looks very sturdy and I hope it lasts me a long time.
