Amazing Keyless Lock
This was very easy to install and set up. The lock itself is well built. It works great in the rain.I like how you can enter extra buttons to obscure your password. I also like that it has a key fob. The fingerprint scanner works well. I like that is has a backlight for the key pad which makes it easy to see at night.The app is very easy to use. It logs all the opening and closings. I like how easy it is to set up and change the pin.Overall this is a great lock for the price. It has a lot of features and is well built.

Easy to install and use
Build quality of this lock feels solid and premium. It looks very good on my door. The installation and app set up is very convenient. Just follows the app and it took me less than 20 minutes to finish everythin including setting up the fingerprint and password. Fingerprint recognition is very acurate and fast. Battery life seems good so far and it is convenient to remove the cover and replace batteries.Overall, this smart lock is reliable, secure, and extremely convenient. If you’re on the fence about switching to a smart lock, this one is worth it.

Excellent handle lock!
What an improvement from my previous fingerprint knob lock! This handle smart lock is excellent and very complete, offering many options to lock and unlock my apartment door. The installation was easy, following the instructions and video. With just a few steps, I was able to fully install the lock and pair it with my Android phone using the app, registering fingerprints, PINs, key cards, and authorizing more members. The fingerprint function is the most important for me, and so far, it has been working perfectly. The sensitivity is on point, with very fast and reliable reading. It comes with a weather seal for outdoor protection, overall the lock feels durable and secure with multiple smart functions. Battery life needs to be tested further on, but with good AA batteries this would run for a while with no issues.

Very nice device and appears to be high quality.
This is a very nice lock and appears to be well made. It also works well so far. I left off a star because of a few minor details. I used this to replace an old Kwikset lever lock that had worn out after a decade or so of use. This was easy to install and worked well on my back door which has the deadbolt hole placed a little too close to the doorknob hole where this lock mounts. With the old KW I had to turn the inside unit upside down to make it work but this unit is short enough to fit properly. The fingerprint to open is great and works well although I did have to enter my thumb at 2 different angles and learn that I had to place the finger on it and hold for about a second.The minor details:(1.) There is no easy way to lock the door from the inside. A simple button wired to the main board through the battery connection cable should be incorporated in future designs.(2.) Locking the lock from the outside isn’t easy either. You do it by touching and holding the checkmark key. This usually takes two taps on the key holding it the second time when it beeps. If I were writing the firmware for this thing, I would have made the fingerprint sensor toggle the lock. In other words, if the door is locked and a valid print is used, it unlocks. If the door is unlocked and a valid print is used it locks. So, if the manufacturer is reading this, please consider this change to the firmware. It is to me the intuitive way to do things. The auto lock feature is good but not for me. I want to leave the door unlocked until I want it locked. It should be easy to lock the door manually, without the need of the app.(3.) Making it work with Alexa was tricky for me. I bought the bundle with the wi-fi gateway because I wanted to control it remotely and also by voice with my echo devices. I first set the gateway up in the Smart Things (actually Brilliant Smart – Tuya) app which I was already using for other things. and added the lock. Everything appeared to work except Alexa voice control. It replied with a device not responding error even though the lock itself was working through the app. So, I started over and set everything up in the Nice Digi app. That worked except there is no Alexa voice control because Nice Digi doesn’t have an Alexa skill. So, I tried a third time by deleting it from the Nice Digi app and again pairing the gateway with the Brilliant Smart-Tuya app. Third time was a charm as it all works now. This just may be an old man issue, but I usually breeze through linking up IOT devices. Maybe Nice Digi should consider writing their own Alexa skill instead of using Smart Life.I do like being able to lock/unlock the door with Alexa voice control as well as being able to control it from anywhere with the Tuya compatible app. So, I recommend buying the bundle with the gateway included. In general, despite my minor issues, I am happy with the purchase so far and expect I will enjoy having the smart upgrade from my old lock. I do hope it lasts as long as that old KW did!

High accuracy and rapid response
This fingerprint lock has a simple and elegant design that matches my white door perfectly. The response is extremely fast—almost instant with just a touch—and the recognition rate is very high. It even reads my young children’s fingerprints accurately. Installation was straightforward, and the app for setting up fingerprints is very user-friendly. After using it for a few days, it has been very stable with no issues such as jamming or failed recognition.
