Aún cuando le ponías la huella y marcaba en verde de aceptación, la puerta no abría.Nos hemos quedado afuera por este tipo de falla. Así duro 1 mes.Ahora ya solo puedes abrir mediante una llave física.Pésima funcionalidad. No tiene sentido comprarla.Quiero agregar que no hay soporte de la marca y que no tiene compatibilidad con ningún hub para poder abrir a distancia.
