Fingerprint works great, works with app so you can unlock remotely, app does connect.
This is freakin amazing, I love it. It looks luxurious and works very well. I have bought others where the fingerprint detection is not the best, but this one works right on and quickly. It was easy to set up and I love the app. I have always had issues with other locks and it not detecting the lock when I download the app, but this one works with the apple home app and lets me unlock/lock it remotely which is amazing. I don’t have to give the code out anymore. I can also unlock with my phone. I love it, and I highly recommend it. Very amazing quality!!!!

Does NOT work with the Apple Home app.
I got it Friday, installed it Saturday afternoon. I could never get the Home app to see it directly, but when I gave up and tried the CldBus app, it had a choice to cross over to the Home app and it registered that way. And the CldBus app itself had problems—the factory reset on the lock didn’t work but when I took the batteries out and reinstalled them, it finally connected about the third time I tried it.I stood outside and made sure my fingerprint was enrolled, the two key fobs were enrolled, a pass number was activated, my locked iPhone would open it, and most importantly, my Apple Watch would open it.The next morning I went for my normal walk. When I got back, the Apple Watch did not unlock it. The iPhone did not unlock it. My fingerprint did not unlock it. I had to open the iPhone, open the CldBus app, and use that to open it.This is unacceptable. I got this specifically for the Apple Watch functionality. It does me no good to have to get my phone out, unlock my phone, open an app, and unlock the door with the app when I have my hands both full of heavy grocery bags.It’s NOT compatible with iPhone Home App. And I can’t return it because, well, it’s installed on my door as you obviously have to do with a lock to see how it works, but that means it’s very much “used”.I guess this is a $120 lesson in not believing five star detailed reviews in the age of AI.

Battery life is poor.
Everything is fine beside battery life, two times open and close the door and battery drops 10% down, this is insane, not really happy with this product, can’t even stay with 1 month with 8 batteries.

This will be our second lock, we have had our first one for years and it’s been amazing. I hope this one can do Google / android. However this thing seems to function nicely, has multiple keys finger prints. I don’t think it misses any boxes

Excellent Smart Lock — Highly Recommend!
