We did run into a minor issue with the first unit, but the seller’s response was jaw-dropping—in the best way possible. Within one hour of messaging, they replied. Within two hours, replacement parts were shipped. And by the next morning, they were at our doorstep. That level of service is practically unheard of these days!This company sets the gold standard for customer care. Fast, efficient, and genuinely committed to making things right. We’re beyond impressed and will definitely be lifelong customers.As for installation, just a heads-up: the fitting isn’t standard thread—but don’t let that deter you. It’s a super simple fix. We used the turn-off valve provided and grabbed a $4 chrome-plated 3/8” sink supply line from Home Depot. Adapted it to the standard 3/8” valve in under five minutes. Easy, inexpensive, and totally worth it.Bottom line: the toilet is amazing, the company is even better, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly, highly recommend!

We bought two of these smart toilets; I got the basic one and my husband got the upgraded model with the “bells & whistles”, his still doesn’t work. Mine, however, works great! Heated seats, auto seat, and of course the built in bidet. Great buy and simple to install.

Flush pressure way too soft, can’t use.
The design look elegant and high end, however, the flush is too soft, like a soft stream and hardly flush anything away. The eco button doesn’t respond so can’t turn the eco mode off to see whether it the problem. Seller not responding, paid a professional to assemble it and now got pay extra to have it remove and return.

problem installation, faulty t valve threading
My plumbing didn’t easily accommodate these toilets — they had to re route the water to install and took 3 hours per toilet and cost me twice what the toilets cost for the plumber. The T valve fittings were also faulty on 2 of the three we bought. If the seller sends the replacement parts, i will update this review

Why This Electronic Toilet Outperforms My Previous One
Updated: Apparently, the first toilet was defective, but luckily the replacement works amazingly well. It features a soft blue LED light that illuminates the bowl. As you approach, the sensor automatically opens the lid, and the seat can be raised with a simple press of a button on the wall-mounted control.I especially like the control knob located on the rear right side of the toilet for frequently used functions. I also own a different electronic toilet that relies on touch buttons, which I often find difficult to use. In contrast, this knob control is far more convenient and user-friendly.After use, the toilet flushes automatically—no need to press any buttons. You can simply walk away, and it takes care of itself.

It is a good unit for the money!
Couple of things everyone should know about this toilet. Get your self ready to transition from 3/8” valve connection to a hose connection size. I had to do some trips to the hardware store to get the correct transition fittings. Also it does create a water hammer, so I got water hammer arrestors for a toilet valve. Otherwise it is worth the money, it is compact, flushes very well because of the power assist system.
