Elegant and easy installation
This electronic fingerprint front door latch and deadbolt have been an excellent upgrade to our home. Installation was very easy, and the app setup was intuitive and seamless, making the entire process quick and stress-free. The design is modern and sleek, adding a clean, contemporary look to the front door.The fingerprint sensor is highly responsive and works reliably every time. Setting up individual fingerprints for each household member was simple and straightforward, allowing everyone convenient and secure access. Works great and easy to install
I just installed for my parents. They love it. I’m pretty handy with tools and this was easy, I’m sure anyone else can install by following instructions. Easily added to network and was easy to input pins and fingerprint. Might get one for my self and it looks great too. Just bought December 12 so we will see how this will hold up but as of now it’s great

Overall, loving our new smart doorknob!
We sought out a “smart” deadbolt/doorknob combo not only because the latching mechanism on our old doorknob unfortunately broke, but also because my fiancé and I are firefighters, and it can get quite annoying to have to sit there and manually lock the deadbolt from the outside with the key when we are in a hurry to leave, and I hate to admit that there have been a few times we’ve left the door unlocked. We are re-staining the door soon too, so we had it in mind to get a black/dark combo that will look nice with the door. I happened upon this one and loved the look and all the features, especially the fingerprint option, since my grandmother lives with us and has some declining fine motor skills so keypads can be difficult for her to use. I also liked that it has an auto lock feature, and that even if we opted not to use it, we can simply lock the door using an app on our phone, even while away from home.My fiancé installed it with minimum difficulty except a small hiccup getting the strike plate to align perfectly, which initially was causing the locking feature to fail unless we were manually locking the deadbolt from inside. However, after 10 minutes of making some slight adjustments, he got it to work.It’s only been a few days, but we are loving our new smart doorknob/deadbolt. With the auto lock feature, which we set to lock after 3 minutes, we now don’t even have to give locking the door a second thought, which has been nice when we’re on the way to a fire call, or when I’d have to double-check at night that the door was locked before going to bed. I was a bit skeptical that the KK Home app on the app store only has 2.5 stars, however, we honestly have had no issues so far with the app itself, any connectivity issues, etc. Between the lock and the app, everything has been seamless and easy to use!My only complaint is that some of the black coating is chipped off of the inside part of the door handle that we noticed as soon as the handle was installed, and we are unsure why. Having a “wear and tear” type of problem right from day one has me concerned that there is a quality issue with the coating and that it may not hold up in the long run with daily use. That is the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. If Veise stands by their products and is willing to send a replacement interior door handle that isn’t chipped, I will happily change my review to 5 stars right away! I really hope a rep can reach out to me and let me know if this is possible, I’d really appreciate it. Because otherwise, we really do love this product, it’s been great so far and we hope to enjoy it for the next several years to come.UPDATE 8/8/25: The seller reached out to me immediately to confirm the issue, and they feel the damage likely happened during transport. They did not hesitate to offer sending a new replacement right away, which I received just a few days later. I am impressed with their customer service and happy to know they care about the quality of their products. For that, I have changed my review from 4 stars to the full 5 stars. Thank you!!

Great setup with no subscription needed
The first set didn’t work so a new set was sent very quickly. It has worked great so far. Easy to install , the setup took a bit of figuring out, but eventually it got done. Notifications work great with the wifi connection. Fingerprint sensor is easy and quick.
