Update #2 – Finally, three weeks after additionally seeking help, I got an email from the distributor (not the manufacturer). In the email, they asked about the problem, asking me to restate what I have already given them in two previous emails. They also offered to send me directions for programming the lock, which were included in the original packaging. I find this to be an unacceptable level of customer service. I contacted Amazon a week ago, after waiting two weeks on the supplier with no information, and Amazon facilitated a return and refund. Because of the poor to no customer service, I have reduced this to a one star review.Update: It has been 2 weeks since I contacted the manufacturer & still no response. I have contacted the seller twice in past week, & all I get is that “we are processing your request.” I will be returning this lock & ordering a different lock for it’s replacement.Lock looks good, and installed easily replacing an existing lock. That is when the problem occurred, as it will not allow me to re-program either the administrator code, or the individual code, despite multiple attempts. It continues to retain the factory pre-sets. The instructions require you to contact the company rather than the seller if there are problems, so I contacted the company via email (no phone #’s are provided two days ago. So far, I have heard nothing from them. I will update IF they respond.

Bad design
I would say that this product is a bad design because if you want to use the key you would need to take off the handle also couldn’t figure out how to pair the RFID keys to the lock but I was able to change the passcode on it. I guess if you need a passcode lock then buy this. The build quality isn’t bad and is made out of metal.
