Great product, I love the features.
I love this doorknob. Fingerprint recognition works great, and if for some reason that doesn’t work because you just got out of the shower and your fingers are all pruney (this happens with ALL fingerprint readers), there is a code entry option as well which overcomes that issue. I also love that it can be controlled remotely over the internet from anywhere to give Instantaneous temporary access to someone remotely. Note that this does require an additional gateway unit as mentioned in the description, but that’s easy to set up and not that expensive. Also has RFID tags as a 3rd option to get through the door. Very easy to program.

Waste of money
We bought this October of 24 and it is December of 25. It’s never been perfect- its impossible to leave unlocked and the recognition is spotty at absolute best to the point that I used the pass card every single time. But it wasn’t super expensive so whatever, it kept the kids out of our room and away from our guns and pocket knives. But now even after a full day of charging it just keeps blinking random colors, and even if it does turn green and “unlock” the door doesnt actually unlock without the physical metal key. Don’t waste your money just get the more expensive one. It also gets off filter after a few uses.

Instructions aren’t great. Strike plate is very cheap.
They tell you to install an application and pair to the lock with bluetooth but they don’t tell you that your phone literally should be an inch or so away from the lock so it can detect it and then bind to blootooth. It’s difficult to connect the wire into the rear door handle and it isn’t obvious which way it goes on, mine actually would only fit with the wires facing up so I struggled a bit.Once you get past that, adding fingerprints, one of the 4 provided cards, or codes is very easy with the app.-1 star for lousy directions and some connection drops. I don’t have the gateway so cannot comment on remote access. I have to be pretty close to administrate/access via their application. I see “disconnected” messages once in a while but it seems to reconnect and the functionality doesn’t stop. The design with the sideways #’s is a bit odd but I won’t use those too much thankfully. WARNING. If you don’t use the app a lot you will not know when the batteries are low so you should keep an eye out. If you don’t have your physical hard key you will be locked out when the batteries are suddenly dead and the power block option doesn’t work.

Solid, Simple, Easy
This is higher quality than the other ones out there. It has a nice gasket and solid construction. Was easy to install and setup. Ic card works with other brands too, so can mix and match if needed. Fingerprint is convenient to operate and the numbers are spaced far enough apart to select. The lever length is sufficient, although slightly wider and shorter than other brands. The round pice on door is wider than others too, so covers more if needed. I recommend.

Look elsewhere
Tags never worked, but I didn’t need them or even want to use them. After a little over a year and multiple sets of batteries, I tried to unlock the door with the key and found it turned, but didn’t grab the internal mechanism well enough to make the handle work. Ended up having to use the USB C port to get the door to work from the keypad. Not dependable enough.

Impressed
I was skeptical of a device with this many features at this price point. It went together easily, the features work as intended and the setup was straightforward. No hiccups or hassles, it just works. The lock itself is fairly hefty and feels well made. The door locks solidly and feels secure. Note, the lock striker (?)(the part that extends and retracts when you turn the handle) has a faceplate with squared off corners. My door was cut for one with rounded corners. The other dimensions were identical so this was east to fix by just rounding them off. Fingerprint reader works quickly and fit/finish is nice. Can’t comment on battery life yet as I just installed it, but it uses AAA batteries so they will be easy enough to replace.

Excelente calidad, la manija se ve cara, me costó conectarla a la app, pero en modo manual fue rápido, la huella es sensible y me costó configurarla al principio, después con toques suaves fluyó. Buen acceso con huella, tarjeta de la incluida y vía Bluetooth. Fue facil de instalar ya que coincide con la instalación de una chapa de bola normal. La recomiendo.
