LEMON LAW should apply to this product. Read the one Stars reviews
same issues: Add water when the reservoir is full, Purges and then stops. Stops brewing within seconds of closing the lid. Requires constant unplugging or lid lifting to get the maker to continue. LEMON Law should apply to this product. I will buy a lesser version and see if the same issues are across their product line. Really disappoint in Keurig. Don’t believe all of the troubleshooting that you read. None work: Here are the issues –Possible reasons your Keurig might start brewing then stop: Clogged needles: Both the entrance needle (piercing the K-cup) and the exit needle (where coffee dispenses) can get clogged with coffee grounds, causing the machine to stop mid-brew. Mineral buildup (scale): Over time, mineral deposits can accumulate in the water lines, hindering water flow and causing the machine to pause or stop brewing. Improper K-cup placement: If the K-cup isn’t seated correctly in the brewing chamber, the machine might not be able to properly pierce it, leading to a stoppage. Low water level: Check if the water reservoir has enough water to complete a full brew cycle. Air bubbles in the line: Sometimes, air bubbles can get trapped in the water line, causing the machine to temporarily stop brewing. Faulty K-cup: A damaged or poorly sealed K-cup can also cause brewing issues. What to do: Clean the needles: Remove the brew head and carefully clean the entrance and exit needles with a small brush or toothpick. Descale the machine: Use a dedicated descaling solution to remove mineral buildup from the water lines. Check the K-cup: Ensure the K-cup is properly placed in the brewing chamber and not damaged. Fill the water reservoir: Make sure the reservoir is filled with fresh water up to the recommended level. Run a water-only cycle: Try brewing a cup of just water to clear any potential clogs. Power cycle the machine: Unplug the Keurig for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system. When to contact customer service: If cleaning and descaling the machine doesn’t resolve the issue. If you suspect a mechanical problem with the brewing mechanism. If the issue persists even after trying basic troubleshooting steps. THE BEST COFFE MACHINE I HAVE HAD
I’ve had this coffee maker for about 6 months. I have tried many different brands and types of makers over tme, but this one is the best. I used a Cuisinart dripper for years. I would grind up Starbucks whole beans fresh every day. I brought back the finest whole beans from Brazil when I was there. Nothing makes as flavorfull and consistantly great cup as this one when used with Starbucks French Roast pods.I like a strong cup and this makes the strongest cup I have ever been able to brew. The only thing as strong are the espresso machines that cost a fortune or brews that come from the best restaurants. This machine has three settings so you can save different strengths and tempuratures. Different strokes for different folks. They all work well. It also has an iced coffee (or tea) feature that is great. Just put a glass of ice under it and in seconds it produces an ice cold perfect 12 ounce glass full. I used this every day during the hot summer. My only complaint is the cost of the pods, currently about a dollar each. I tried to use a reusable pod that allows you to use bulk, ground beans, but unfortunately the one I got doesn’t fit. Maybe I will try again with that. This deluxe model has all the features I described. The less expensive ones offered do not. So if you can afford it, I suggest that you get this one over the cheaper models.Enjoy!

I’m Staying Away From Keurig From Now On!
[SEE UPDATE BELOW]This really should be a 5-Star coffee maker. It makes great coffee, when it works, and the idea of Multi-Stream technology is absolutely terrific. It’s a solid unit and is the quietest of any coffee maker I’ve ever had. And the options of different “Strengths”, different “Temps” and memory buttons is great. The problem is that Keurig is becoming a “Third World” brand. Their units are made in China with absolutely NO QC at all and they do not seem to care. They’re now just throwing everything up against a wall and whatever sticks, sticks. That’s it. My Supreme Plus started acting erratic after only 2 months and now a month later it won’t even power on. It’s a totally dead unit. I did a review of Keurig a few months ago and called them “King”. Not anymore. They are no longer a trustworthy brand. This unit replaced my Keurig Elite Pod Coffee Maker that totally died after only 16 months! The 4- and 5-star reviews here are mostly from people who gave their Keurig a couple days or weeks and gave a review. They should just wait several months or a year and see what happens and then post a review. To Keurig’s credit, after I jumped some hoops to make a warranty claim, they’re sending me a supposedly new unit. Let’s see how long that one will last and I’ll post an update here. We’ll see. But for now, I’ll no longer be buying Keurig brand coffee makers. I mean, just look at all the bad reviews they’re getting now. Didn’t used to be that way. Keurig is nothing but a “crap shoot” now.UPDATE: I purchased a regular Supreme model as I wait for my replacement Supreme Plus to be shipped to me as I need to have my coffee. I figured I’ll keep the regular Supreme model as a backup if my Supreme Plus model goes bad again. Well, guess what? I’ve only had this new Supreme model a week and a half it is now only dropping an ounce or two of water and then shutting off!!! I can no longer get a full cup of coffee from this thing! So now, since it’s only been a week or so I have to send this one back to where I purchased it! For the love of God, what is the Keurig company turning into??? I’ll just bet they have a guaranteed 90% failure rate!

It’s definitely not a Nespresso coffee maker but the new system extracts the coffee a little more than the last one my father had. It’s perfect because he doesn’t like the foam that a Nespresso makes.
