It worked instantly!
I just moved and my large Vizio TV (e70-e3) has been in storage. The original remote was faded and I couldn’t get the TV to connect to my WiFi.I ordered this remote and it arrived next day. I simply put batteries in and BOOM it worked. No set up needed (which was awesome). I was instantly able to use it to turn on the TV, set up the WiFi and start streaming. Perfect Replacement
Our LG control quit. This remote is a perfect replacement. It works exactly like our OEM remote. The configuration is the same and the commands are the same. This is exactly what I wanted.

Faulty remote
I usually order my remote control from here most of the time, but this time they gave me a faulty one. I was trying to use it but it just wasn’t working. I changed the batteries I tried everything, but this time nothing worked this time. Also when I went to put in the batteries the placement was weird this time. It was much smaller so maybe because the placement for the batteries were small that’s why it’s not working properly.

Great product; battery cover falls off
Works perfectly. My only complaint is that the piece that covers the battery area does not stay on. It comes off each time you handle the remote. I have taped it together.

Needs to be paired
Works great once you pair it properly!I jumped the gun a bit and sent my first remote back, thinking it was defective. I ordered a second one and had the same issue — everything worked except the voice command button. That’s when I realized it had to be something with my TV.After doing some troubleshooting, I found out I just needed to pair the remote with my Samsung 800-series TV. Once I did that, the voice command started working perfectly.One thing to note — on the 800-series models, the pairing process can be a little confusing. There’s a “Universal Remote” option that looks like the right place, but it’s not. You actually need to go to Connection Guide → Accessories → Remote Control to pair it correctly.So, long story short — if your remote works for everything except voice commands, don’t panic. Just re-pair it the right way and you’ll be all set!

I took a chance on this after seeing the price of the original LG one.My original LG remote stopped working out of the blue, with the light stuck on as if a button was stuck down. I took it to bits, cleaned it, replaced the batteries, re-paired to the TV but it didn’t help so I resigned myself to replacing it.This one is identical to the original, except maybe slightly lighter? The magic pointer feature works fine as does the voice remote and I’ve found no issues using it with my 3 year old LG SM8050PLC.Hopefully I won’t need to but would definitely buy again.

This is a replica of original remote in look n feel. Performance is very poor. The main component of the remote i.e the navigation button is not working. Even the main select button is working on its whim n fancy. You go on pressing the ok button n when it works you can’t predict. A wrong purchase by me. Voice recognition is not working. Poor quality not value for money. It worked only for 10days.
