I’ve purchased a few different styles of USB hubs similar to this over the years but I’ve been extremely happy with this one. The 3” USB-C extension cord that comes with it is incredibly useful if you have a a bulkier case on your iPad. Also worked really well with a few Android devices when needed.

USB-C connectors are not all created equal
I retract all of the negative below. The Dockteck did not fit because I had a rubber edge case on the ipad. It works fine after cutting a piece out of the case for it. I have an iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen tablet. I have no difficulties connecting the USB-C charging cable securely. The Dockteck hub goes in very loosely, makes no connection and falls out immediately. Either their quality control is poor and their design is shoddy.

Wow soo easy to use!
Portable! Easy to set up and use! Great value for the money! The picture and sound quality are excellent. I took my iPad on the houseboat with downloaded movies and was easy to use this and set up. This is a must have for traveling.

Charging Doesn’t Work On iPad Mini 6
I tried using it on my iPad Mini 6 the first thing I tried is if I could charge with it. I tried multiple different charger cords and bricks and that function didn’t work. I didn’t try using the other features because I got this manly that I could charge when I used it with the other functions. It doesn’t charge with the Statik Pro Tips and charging cords.

Very functional product
Got this for my laptop that I travel with and take to meetings. I did not want more cords hanging around, especially in hotel rooms which generally have small desks. This product does exactly what I wanted it to do. Gives me additional usb ports and does not use up much room. Worked well for me from day one.

Bought to watch GameChanger!
I have two grandchildren in sports. Unfortunately I can’t be at all the games all the time so I watch them on the GameChanger App. It can be somewhat of a challenge watching on the iPhone so I purchased this to be able to stream the games from my iPad Air 4th gen to my Tv. This small device is now my GameChanger to watch GameChanger!! Love it!
